What’s the difference between a Dreamline Unidoor and a Dreamline Unidoor Plus shower door?
Asked by: Fla55
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. The difference between the models is in the way that the stationary panel is installed. The Unidoor Plus stationary panel is installed into a U-channel that is applied to the wall and your base. The Unidoor Plus does not require a support arm or bracket at the top of the stationary panel. The Unidoor stationary panel is installed with a wall profile system and a bracket on the base at the bottom of the panel. This model requires you to choose either a support arm or glass shelves as the source of support for the stationary panel. In both cases, the moving a panel is exactly the same. Please enlarge the photos on your computer monitor to clearly see the differences between the models that you are considering.

SHDR244007210-HFR-04 In the picture I see a door on the left with 2 hinges and one stationary panel on the right fixed to the wall. But in the description it is mentioned door with one hinge. I am confused. After clarifications I will place order.
Asked by: Salem
The phrase "single hinged door" refers to the fact that it is a single moving panel, not the number of hinges. You are correct that there are 2 hinges on that moving panel. Please make sure that you have double studs behind your finished walls where the moving panel is going to be mounted. what is the price
Asked by: stuardo
Thank you for your inquiry! DreamLine does not sell directly to consumers. You would need to find pricing from one of our dealers. You can click on the "Where to Buy" link at the top of the page, put in your zip code, and a listing of dealers in your area will come up. There are also many internet retailers that sell our product. To find those, you can put the name of the door that appeals to you in the Google search field (DreamLine Unidoor for example) and retailers will come up that way, also. Should you need any advice on choosing the right door or measuring for it, please do not hesitate to contact the DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866-731-2244. We are available 8am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
