  • IT Help Desk Technician - Warminster, PA

    • Job Summary

      The IT Help Desk Technicians is a member of a specialized team that provides a single point of contact for end-users to receive support for all technology related issues within the company's computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and telephone equipment to ensure they all work as designed. A s part of the process the position involves cutting and drilling aluminum extrusions for temper glass shower doors in a fast paced, physical environment. RFC Display Worker works closely and gets involved with team members in receiving, pick and pack, inventory, forklift operations, shipping, pallet building, and more.

      • Cutting and punching aluminum shower door extrusions to precise sizes for hinged, sliding and stationary shower doors using technical drawings, specification sheets and formulas. • Assembles/Glazes doors by using a rubber mallet to secure aluminum rails to edge(s) of glass panels with vinyl molding. • Attaches vinyl, magnets, handles and other fixtures to aluminum rails. • Locates, lifts and moves required glass from inventory to glazing table. • Daily use of a tape measure, chop saw, drill press, band saw, shop presses, power tools and hand tools in a safe and effective manner. • Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure. • Inspection of material for defects to ensure quality control. • Maintains a clean and safe work area observing all safety requirements and rules. • Other duties as assigned.

    • Job Summary:

      The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the second shift LTL warehouse activities on a daily basis.
