Rated 5 out of 5 by Dmeyer1134 from Very nice product and A+ on customer service We bought this shower door based on Dreamline's reputation, the look of this door and the reviews. We also have a very out of plumb walls and the fact with this product your walls can be out of plumb up to an inch on each side was perfect. This was the first shower door I've ever installed. Only comment about the instructions were they could have provided more detail in the more technical steps (glass installations). We had an unfortunate accident with the installation of the in-line panel and it shattered on us. I called Dreamline's customer service and they immediately shipped a new one to us, no charge. Watch those corners when installing, keep those protectors on as long as possible, its a two person task if you are not a professional installer. I finished the installation this week and we love the look and how solid it is.

I would not hesitate to purchase any product Dreamline sales based on my experience. I have also dealt with the support division at Dreamline on a warranty replacement. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. In all, I have nothing but praise for this company, their products, and their employees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jules2019 from Awful and Hazardous We ordered this door through Lowe’s and I am not sure if there was a recall or just the glass was defective but it was all set up I was doing my makeup in our bathroom infront of our vanity and all of a sudden the glass panel dropped and shattered all over. Luckily I was far enough away I wasn’t hurt but our tub is now all scuffed and scratched up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Do you made it for 66 inch ?

Can the glass panels be trimmed? I would like to be able to trim both the stationary and sliding panel a half inch (.50 in) each so I would gain an inch for the opening.
Tempered safety glass cannot be cut or trimmed and all DreamLine shower/tub door products are made of tempered safety glass. If you attempt to cut the glass, it will instantly shatter into thousands of pieces. Please do not attempt to ever cut any tempered glass products as this is potentially hazardous and could result in very serious injury. Attempting to cut any DreamLine tempered glass products will also completely and immediately void the warranty.

does this door require caulking?
For any shower door, you should always caulk any joints where water can escape. For this model, at the end of the installation procedure, you will want to caulk all the joints where the frame meets the threshold and where the frame meets the walls.

Does this door have the clear max coating?
No - the Infinity-Z products do not have the ClearMax coating. The ClearMax coating will come on products made from 5/16" thick or 3/8" thick glass. I have a cast iron tub. Can this door be used with a cast iron tub? Is drilling in the tub required for the the stationary door?

Can the Infinity-Z bathtub doors be installed as bypass doors?
