We, admittedly, looked very closely at competitive products that had nice attributes and features but when we filtered it down...the DL price point was hard to beat. Personally, we saved a significant amount by purchasing the DreamLine system that met our requirements. There are features I would recommend be re-evalauted but, overall, a very functional and aesthetic tub/shower surround. Installation itself...should not be handled by "amateurs"...but rather qualified people who follow the manufacturer's recommendations for proper installation.I

Rated 3 out of 5 by Andy VH from Great value! I bought the Aqua 48 for a step in corner tub project and am very pleased with the look and function. Even in this case, since it is non-standard application onto a Kohler 5' corner massage tub unit. I installed a shower head so it can be used as a tub or shower. The Aqua 48 was less than 1/4 the cost a local custom glass shop quoted me (with installation). But the Aqua 48 installed easily. I'd buy from Dreamline again for sure.

So, my expectation was that we'd have to pay for new piece along with shipping costs, but to my surprise, DreamLine sent a new piece at no cost. Overall, the door looks great and we've been happy with the overall quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by disena from Great look looks good, however I had to search around for another vendor to get an end of bathtub glass screen also, so that I can create a full enclosure on the two exposed sides. I have massage jets and when I use them little water infiltrate between the doors and the fix part, the insulation between the two could be better.

It was suppose to be available via Amazon but when I could not locate it I contacted Dreamline and the shipped me one free of charge. I would say this was excellent customer service.

I will say that the directions were a little challenging however between my husband and I we figured it out. Be sure to have someone help you install. It's not a one person job. Once it's up its very pleasing !

I just had these doors installed and love them. Can I buy the extender panel separate? I should have had it to begin with for reinforcement but liked the open look.

What is the Support Arm... "Stationary panel requires a Support Arm for additional stability"? Do you have any other installers near Walnut Creek, CA? I'm not having much luck with the ones listed - 'Find an Installer.' Thank you

It clips onto the top edge of the glass and then connects to the adjacent wall to support the stationary panel.
