Enigma Air Tub Door is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from tub door As a contractor, it was easy to install, however I did not like that the stationary panel rested directly on the tub deck, being we had a cast iron tub. Be very carful to not damage the glass while installing it. Besides that the unit was supperb, easy install, simple, and the glass traveled easily. The only downfall, is that if the tile is not perfect, the rubber gasket does not seal completely. This unit is completely frameless, except the top rail. Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE these doors The exposed track is amazing! I love the door handles both outside and inside the doors. They close very well and don't really get spotty after using the shower. Of course they aren't perfectly clean but they really don't get spots the way the old doors did! They fit perfectly on the bath and glide easily!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb product We were highly pleased with this product! It is sharp, attractive and highly functional. Note that only one door slides but that is a benefit to us with no risk of water leakage from a partially open sliding door closest to the shower Head! We simply love it!,,,

IS THERE A BOTTOM GLIDE RAIL OR DRIP STRIP WITH THE DOORS I HAVE THE AIR enigma

Asked by: ROB 53
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. There is not bottom guide rail or drip strip on the bottom of the door. The stationary panel sits directly on your tub and the moving panel gildes through a bottom guide rail. IS THE ENIGMA AIR DESIGNED FOR TUBS, WHAT SUPPORTS THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS

Asked by: ROB 53
To answer your question about support for the bottom of the glass: The weight of the glass is supported by the upper guide rail and the panel glides through a bracket on the threshold of the tub. The stationary panel sits directly on your tub and is attached to the upper guide rail by brackets. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine

Does Enigma bottom rail need to be drilled/secured into the tub?  We have porcelain tub that can not be drilled.

Asked by: LauraM
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. You will need to drill into your threshold for installation of the Enigma shower door. This is a very heavy door and it is important that it be installed securely. If you have any other questions, please contact a DreamLine PreSales Consultant at 866.282.8413. We are available 9am-6pm EST, M-F and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may also send an email to support@dreamline.com or use our “Chat with Expert” feature on DreamLine.com. Does any of your frameless sliding bath tub doors open on both sides like a bypass? If so, is there an extra handle?

Asked by: Felicia
The Essence is only frameless at the top. It is not fully frameless on the sides and bottom like the other Dreamline Frameless glass doors. Do you have any fully frameless bypass sliding doors?
