It's taken me 1 1/2 years to write this review, but we are still very satisfied with our purchase.The product looks great in both bathrooms and if we were to do another remodel, DreamLine would be the first place we look.Their customer service was second to none. When our contractor opened the box for the shower enclosure he noticed one of the panels was broken and another panel scratched. While away on vacation we contacted Dreamline and the agent immediately scheduled another enclosure to be sent our way. Later we noticed the tub-door seal was bent and the door would not close properly. This was due to improper installation by the contractor. We called for a replacement, we were charged, but the piece came quickly. When it arrived we noticed the packaging had been bent and subsequently bent the seal. I called customer service and once again a piece was sent immediately.We love our choice of these products and they still look great 1 1/2 years later, but we are most impressed with the customer service we received!

Is the glass pre treated with water repellent?
The Aqua Ultra does not come with DreamLine's ClearMax coating on the glass. All of the models in the Aqua series will come with untreated glass. Hi there, will the return wall fit a 30 inch wide tub?
The return panel for the Aqua Ultra has an installed width of 30", so for the panel to fit on your tub sill, you will have to take a measurement from your finished (tiled) wall to the outermost edge of the tub to make sure you have at least 30" of space for the panel to fit.

I purchased the Aqua Ultra 48 in. x 58 in. Semi-Frameless Hinged Tub Door a couple of years ago PREVIOUS to the instalation of an iron filter on our water system. How can I order replacements for our iron stained "water strips" (parts 11 & 12 on diagram)
Replacement vinyl strips can be purchased through some online dealers who sell DreamLine products. The part numbers for the strips that go with the Aqua Ultra are #63005080-1930 and #63015080-1067.

The Aqua Uno is only available with a 30" return panel and we do not make a wider one. The model number for the Aqua Uno with the 30" return panel in satin black hardware is SHDR3534586RT09. You can search this model number on our website. All of our retailer partners in Canada are online dealers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Rona. You will have to check and see if this model is available on any of these dealer websites. DreamLine does not sell directly, unfortunately.

Is there a choice for thickness of glass? The listed thickness is 1/4”. Seems too thin for a hinged door that is opening and closing

Concerned that the door will freely swing. Is there a stopper or swing mechanism that stops the door from swinging

Is the glass streak coated or can it be coated?

How much does the door open? 90 degrees? Can the hinges be adjusted for less than 90 degree stop. We don’t want it hitting the toilet.
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. The door opens a little greater than 90 degrees. You cannot place any stops on the hinges, however, as this will void the warranty on the product and can compromise the product. We advise that you guide the door into place and do not let it swing freely.
