We had a piece break after 3 years and although out of warranty, the Dreamline company stood behind the product and shipped a new piece free of charge. Cant say enough good things about the company and the product.

we need to replace the knob, hose and sprayer for the DreamLine SHCM-27180 unit. please advise where we can get the parts.

CAN THIS UNIT BE INSTALLED OUTDOORS FOR SUMMER USE

Thank you for your inquiry. DreamLine has not tested our Hydrotherapy Shower Panels for outdoor use. It has been designed, engineered, and is warrantied for indoor use only. Direct sunlight could adversely affect the unit. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this unit for outdoor use.
