I'm dealing with the same issue that Dan Cinkoski asked about. Seems that the diameter of the rounded areas of the cutouts in the glass panels are too big? The hinges cannot be tightened enough to keep the door panel from sliding down onto the base.

Asked by: Bill I
The hinges come with 4 gaskets inside of them, 2 that are 2mm and 2 that are 1mm. During the manufacturing process of the gaskets, an oily residue may be deposited on the gaskets. We recommend that you wash these gaskets at your kitchen sink with liquid dishwashing soap. Next, clean the glass in the hinge area if you have already tried installing the gaskets. This will remove any oil from the glass. Now you are ready to install the hinge. Place a 2mm gasket on either side of the glass. Tighten the hex bolts to a hand tightened state. If your panel is still slipping, loosen the hex bolts and insert a 1mm hinge gaskets, one on each side. Hand tighten the hex bolts and you should be good. Hope this helps. I have installed the fixed panels and and they are aligned as instructed. After an hour the door sags down on the hinges and they twist. I tightened up the hinges with the included allen wrenches to the point the wrench is starting to bind.

I have asked about the brackets that are installed in each corner at the top and attached to the glass and the wall, stabilizing the glass at the top, (they look like a towel racks). on the side the door is on the glass is just a small piece and the arm

Asked by: Christine
Thank you for your inquiry! Those are support arms that secure the stationary panel and return panel. Even though the panel is smaller on the side with the door, it still must be supported because the moving panel is attached to that panel. Both of the support arms must be installed for proper and secure installation. If you have any other questions, please contact the DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866.731.2244. We are available 8am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm EST and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may also send an email to support@dreamline.com. Asked by: johnn
johnn, Yes, the unit is completely reversible for either right hand or left hand installation. The return panel can go on either the right or the left, but your moving door panel will have to close into the return panel.
