In cases where tile details are dimensional, you may need to carve out the tile to the same level as your field tiles in the area where the shower door is to be installed to achieve a smooth wall area. I ordered a shower door. The door arrived with one problem it has a cracked piece of plastic that is supposed to slide onto the glass shower door to help it shut securely. I need that piece in order to have the door installed properly can you send it?

We lost bolt supporting one of the two glass shelves inside shower. Bolt has a 20 mm diameter flat chrome finish head, M6 thread 13 mm long. Most likely it is Unidoor Plus design, ordered about 3.5 years ago. How I can order 2 bolts for replacement?

the door does not close 100%. Is there adjustment

Great question! There is adjustment on those hinges. There should have been an instruction sheet in the box with each hinge. If you were missing that, it is an easy fix. Basically, you will loosen the set screws on the back of the hinge, open the door and close it to the position that you would like it to close to, then tighten the set screws when the door is in this position. I would like to order the Unidoor Plus 47 1/2" to 48" with frosted glass. Can I get it with a 30" door opening and an 18" fixed piece of glass?

Thank you for your question! The half frosted version of the Unidoor Plus is currently only available in the combination you have referenced. If you would like a fully frosted version with a 30" moving door and 18" fixed panel, you would need to ask your chosen retailer to contact the DreamLine Custom Glass division. Your retailer can request a quote for the door and you can make your choice based on that.
