I need to order a new stationary panel. I purchased the model SHDR-64606210-07 Enigma Air Tub Door at Lowes in San Bruno, CA. When installing, the stationary panel popped and fell apart. I would like to know if there is a warranty on this product.

Could you please explain the differences between the Enigma X bathtub doors and the Enigma Air?

Asked by: Phil Sponsler
The Enigma-X and Enigma Air tub doors both are designed and engineered to the same exacting standards and quality of materials. The Enigma-X Tub Door requires a minimum threshold depth of 2-3/4" along with a level tub and plumb walls. The stationary panel is attached to the wall with a wall bracket and silicone caulk. The Enigma Air Tub Door requires a minimum threshold depth of 2-1/4" along with a level tub and plumb walls, just like the Enigma-X. The stationary panel with the Enigma Air is attached to the wall with a u-channel. The only other differences are the styling of the hardware. The Enigma Air has a squared off upper guide rail while the Enigma-X is rounded. Please enlarge the photos of both models on your computer monitor to better see the differences in styling. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please contact the DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866.731.2244.
